A particularly ugly frog you have kissed there, Matthew!

Catching Redone dials can be difficult sometimes, you almost develop a sense or feel. I am still a long way off!

Other times, it's not as difficult, as in this case when the seller tells you !.
Lume and dial look brand new (lume changes colors with 60 years of age)
SWISS MADE is not positioned properly
Font or Letters are too thick and not nearly as well done as by the factory

Dials are like women's faces, if they don't show their age, they have had work done!

Remember yesterday when I said a seller had to be in a good location?

Unfortunately, some areas are notorious for fakes and reworks and India, Ukraine, some of Eastern Europe and some South America countries lead the blacklist.

Matt, you have done well to ask before buying.

Thanks again for your help! I would always ask the great people on the Omega Forum first. And i will definitely be checking all the information.

I have more than once been caught out not reading the listing, and it ain't because I'm new at it.

There will be a sweet spot when you will actually read it, and then after a time you will become completely numbed by sellers' word games (e.g. "original dial" = original piece of metal, but the paint on it is new) and you will stop reading it.

Description mentioned redone dial but does not mention generic, non-Omega hands.
