Hi.

The watch is omega vintage quartz watch.

The case number is 196.0124 .

i bought this a few days ago at ebay.

but the glass fixed with only glue without yellow tension ring.

There is a gap between dial and watch case or glass. and What is the nonsense glass?

First i thought the omega vintage watch is usually like that. but i am wrong.

There must be a yellow tension ring. and handsome glass.

i found omega ref number compitible my watch.

the number is PX5229 but, i couldn't buy PX5229.

Where i can buy PX5229 with yellow tension ring?

i didn't find it at ofrei, julesborel with my case number(196.0124 or PX5229).

this watch is compitible with glass? (http://www.ebay.com/itm/111036553518?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649)

Thanks for reading.

Hi prostie1200

First Thanks a lot. If you helped me, i don't overhaul my omega watch.

This watch had a problems. The case gasket was worn. i changed case gasket.

It took a long time to change parts.

The glass put on the case with glue slightly. -_-;

Hi Minho
At last you have your watch together and hopefully your wearing it now.

It's quite a work up repairing vintage watches and sourcing the correct parts can be extremely frustrating and time consuming.

Now you have completed one it's time for the Next.

Have fun,

Brian
