    That's a refinished dial. At least at some point in it's lifetime

    Redial, just going by the most obvious, the marker spacing, e.g.: at 1, 2 and 7.

    The print is too thick as well.

    Would not be so sure guys... it shows the characteristic "snowflakes" like honestly aged black dials use to show quite often
