Interesting piece currently on the BayPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network from Italy, which originally surfaced in the Italian forums: http://orologi.forumfree.it/?t=67216373&st=15
I've yet to do any real digging on this piece in favor of some quick and dirty crowd sourced input.

I'm aware of the Climate Proof chronograph models, but this is the first one that I've seen in a time-only configuration. Nothing notable about the case in terms of its "climate protection features." That is, it appears to be a standard (non-screw down) crown and snap case back--which, with the condition of its dial--certainly appears to be a bit of a misnomer.

Sometimes I think those Climate Proof watches omitted the hyphen intentionally. They are more like proof of the existence of climates.

UG non-chronograph watches that are not Polerouters - the undiscovered country.
