Hi folks, chanced across the following Cal 285 18K Compax. Buyer claims all parts are original, though I have my suspicions about the pushers and the dial. Most grateful if the experts could chime in with their view as to whether buyer is telling the truth and would a buying price of 2500 Eur be too high? Cheers!

I'm no expert but it does look like a redial to me, and I have doubts about the subdial hands too.

    Avoid!

Replacement hands and a bad redial.

Price is too high for even an original example - but this one is far from original.

Just to say something nice: I like the new Universal Genéve crown. They are hard to find. If someone still hase some of these big diametre Universal Geneve crowns (above 5.5 mm) I would offer a goog price for it. ::money::
