What you're seeing might have more to do with the angle of the photo than actual misalignment. They might be slightly off but they don't look as bad in the second photo as in the first. I think that's the original finish.

I'm thinking redial. The "te" in Constellation is not consistent. and I am not certain, but I would expect crosshair lines and "CHRONOMETRE" spelled on the dial not CHRONOMETER

This is a whacked out watch. It should not say "Officially Certified" on this model. The star is wrong. The cartouche has mounting holes behind it and it is not lined up properly with the Ω symbol. The t in Chronometer is wrong, as mentioned. It should say Chronometer though.

This is a watch Reference that is often faked. This is what it should look like, with or without cross hairs, but most often with them.

I believe I read somewhere, the spelling started as Chronometre the first few years on the line & was later changed to Chronometer. So, either is correct, depending on the age of the watch. Desmond's blog may have additional information.

IMHO this is an original finish not from Bienne, but from China. The case is "gold capped" with the lugs in the shape of solid gold or SS versions.

    A Faked Constellation from China.

From my experience, a movement never sits right into a faked case, that's why we can see bent case clamps and this one is a good example. The rotor bridge is also faked, machined and stamped in China
the number 4 in 24 jewels is a good sign to tell
