A "project" piece - gamble? Movement looks reasonably good and is running on the button, dial I suspect (hope) will clean up plus a new crystal fitted and maybe all will turn out well!
The quality (or lack thereof). It lacks suppleness. I put mine on a beautiful Hadley-Roma strap which beats it by a mile in that respect. Unfortunately the 19mm size only comes in black.
Nice snag! I can't believe that watch lasted as long as it did. 46 hours is about 40 hours longer than I expected it to be available.
Just glad everyone else was a little slower than I. It was pretty cool getting a watch produced the year I was born. And a BIG THANKS to all the forum members who have helped me spend my retirement money on watches these last 2 months.
Whenever I get melancholy about a watch I've sold, I go look at the watch I bought using the funds from that sale. Cures the blues nearly every time.
