I'm new to this side of the forum, and new to vintage Omega. I spotted this on the German ebay site: to my uninformed eye the hands look wrong, and I can't seem to find a similar dial anywhere -- is the whole thing franken or might it be salvageable?

Apologies for my ignorance, and many thanks in advance for any insights you might be able to to give.

The dial is refinished incorrectly and yes the hands are wrong. The case and movement are correct.
Dials for these are not easy to come by.

Hands can be fixed, for the right price might be a good pick-up. The real problem is it is not the right price.

The real problem is the dial as nobody is able to source a vintage one and nobody is able to make a proper re-dial...:(

Yes I mentioned the dial, but if it were $500 or so I'd buy it anyway for parts :D
